What’s the idea?

The level and quality of service you deliver to your customers is vital to your park’s success. Your customers' total experience with your park and your staff dictate whether your park will succeed or fail...whether you will be profitable or not. Simply having expectations about what sort of experience your customers will have is not enough...you have to measure, you have to inspect. How does it work?
Full Package - From initial contact to the journey home
We will arrange for a couple or family (according to your needs) to
book a holiday at your park and then visit  and experience your holiday
park offering. Following their visit  our team will produce a detailed report
providing actionable points from their experiences.

Telephone Shopper
Most customers meet the first member of your team over the phone, we can provide an affordable way to test the first impression you are giving your customers.
A telephone shopper consists of a number telephone approaches to your business which are then collated into a detailed report. Our questionnaire can be tailored to you park’s requirements.

Caravan Sales Shopper
In a difficult economic climate “big ticket” items are often one of the first items to suffer. Our Caravan Shopper will visit your sales operation and experience your sales process at first hand.  Following their visit they will compile a detailed report from our in-depth questionnaire used during their visit.

A Caravan Shopper report costs from  £495.00
At an extra cost we can also provide evaluation of sales promotional materials.
