General Press Release:

Joined up advice from industry specialists:

Industry solicitors Tozers have joined forces with park management and consultancy specialists Bridge Leisure Management to produce a series of free practical guidance notes to park owners and operators.

The briefings will cover topics from succession management to employment contracts via internet marketing and licence agreements. “We believe these briefings will provide some solid advice on a few perennial issues for park owners and operators” says Tony Beard, Partner at Tozers. “Lots of parks could use these simple points of reference as a starting point for dealing with common problems and concerns”.

Andrew Howe of Bridge Leisure Management thinks this joined up approach will be particularly helpful, “many issues facing parks contain both operational and legal challenges; by working together to produce these briefings we hope to provide useable, sensible advice for all parks from a single source.” He adds, “in some cases particular issues will be dealt with from an exclusively legal or operational perspective but where practical we hope to combine our expertise to produce rounded advice that covers both angles”

With uncertain times ahead Tony Beard is a firm believer in the industry standing together, “sharing advice and information has long been a strength in our industry and as the economy becomes increasingly unpredictable it makes sense for professional advisors to help” he continues, “combining the strengths of professional advisors is a great way to provide help that has maximum benefit for parks. Problems are never so convenient as to be linked to just one aspect of park life so why should advice be!”
