What’s the Idea?
We will bring fresh eyes and 50 years of experience to your park, take a good look and provide you with a clear, prioritised report on opportunities to develop your business and grow your profit, market share and/or occupancy.
How does it work?
Depending on the size of your park we will spend a day or two on site looking at your business, undertake some desk research and report back to you.
On Site
Spend time talking to you and your colleagues about:
The site history including planning/site licence
Historical occupancy and financial performance
The marketing strategy of the business
Your aspirations and concerns about the business.
Spend time analysing the site. This will include:
Reviewing the current layout and buildings
Understanding the basis of your operation
Reviewing any pitches, accommodation and other facilities
Discuss initial thoughts and suggestions with you.
Back at the office:
Benchmarking your park against competition in the context of current trends and developments in the holiday park industry.
Written Report:
A short (5-10 page) report that will give you prioritised opportunities to improve your park, suggested next steps and an honest, sensible and useful overview of your business.
What does it cost?:
Fees depend on the size of your park:
Up to 150 pitches £1500 + VAT and travel
151 to 250 pitches £2250 + VAT and travel
Over 251 pitches p.o.a.
