Bridge Leisure celebrates TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence at 5 UK Parks
Bridge Leisure is pleased to announce that five of their UK owned and managed holiday parks have received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for 2019.
Bowland Fell in Yorkshire, The Sherwood Hideaway in Nottingham, Rosneath in Scotland, along with Trevella Park and Sea View Holiday Village in Cornwall were given the prestigious accolade for consistently receiving positive reviews and ratings from travelers on TripAdvisor.
The Sherwood Hideaway has also qualified for the Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame, because they have earned a Certificate of Excellence every year for the past five years.
CEO of Bridge Leisure, Andrew Howe said: “This is a fantastic achievement for those 5 parks because it means that the people who have stayed there went out of their way to write a lovely review about their experience. That’s what we are here for, to create happy memories for people who holiday with us. Our teams work incredibly hard for our owners and guests, so it means a lot to them to be recognised in this way. Thank you to everyone who submitted a review.”
Neela Pal, Vice President of Brand, TripAdvisor said: “TripAdvisor is excited to announce the recipients of the 2019 Certificate of Excellence, which for nearly a decade has celebrated businesses that have consistently received positive ratings from travellers and diners on the world’s largest travel platform,”
“This allows us to publicly recognise businesses that are actively taking into account customer feedback to help travellers confidently experience the most highly reviewedplaces to eat, stay and explore.”
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
